Job Description:

The Project Manager position at ProCLAD reports directly to the Area Manager, the primary responsibility of the project manager is to plan and manage construction projects. Tasks to fulfill these requirements may include, but are not limited to:

  • Project Coordination
  • Compliance with quality standards for product delivery
  • Maintain schedule and deliver projects on time
  • Send/manage/maintain project management documents:
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Cost management including cost tracking, billings & positive cash flow management
  • Resource allocation and management of labor, materials and equipment
  • Change Orders
  • Submittals
  • RFIs
  • Contracts
  • Punch-list management
  • Safety management
  • Material procurement
  • Warranty Review & Procurement
  • Regular Jobsite visitation
  • Continue your education to develop personally and build a knowledge base of the various materials and systems we install
  • Attend company meetings as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

Graduated with a four-year degree in Building Construction Management Technology, Construction Engineering & Management or related field. Has relevant experience working in the construction industry for at least five years. Skills for this position include:

  • Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely fashion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office’s word processor, spreadsheets, presentation and e-mail tools
  • Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
  • CPM scheduling experience and estimating experience beneficial
  • Ability to travel out of state on a regular basis per project requirements
